Terms & Conditions for Private Parties
The private room is available for parties of 10 persons minimum and 34 persons maximum free of hire charge.
A £300 hire charge will apply for room hire for parties under 10 persons.
The room holds a maximum of 20 people on one table or a maximum of 34 people on several tables.
To ensure maximum quality we are only able to offer a set menu with two to three choices of each course and for parties of more than 12 people, we ask for pre-orders.
We are happy to cater separately for vegetarians or guests with specific dietary requirements.
Prices are subject to change and will only be guaranteed when your party has been confirmed. 20% VAT is included in all prices.
A discretionary service charge of 14% will be added to your bill. All of the service charge is distributed to employees of the restaurant. Brompton Bar and Grill Ltd operates a system for distribution of the service charge controlled by a staff representative.
The host of the party will be responsible for any damage caused by guests in the Private Room. It is the management's right to ask any guest to leave the restaurant due to disruptive behaviour.
Confirmation of Bookings
Your booking will be secure only after receiving fax, letter or email with the Brompton Bar and Grill confirmation form.
A deposit of £20 per person is required when you confirm your booking.
Payment
As there is no credit arrangement established at Brompton Bar and Grill, the settlement of the account will be at the conclusion of the function. Please note we do not have the facility to create multiple bills. We accept all major credit cards.
Room Hire
There is no room hire fee for lunch or dinner parties for parties of 10 or more persons. A £300 hire charge will apply for room hire for parties under 10 persons. For business meetings the fee for the room will be £300 per half day. All consumptions will be charged on top of the hire charge.
Time Restriction
Lunch parties will be asked to vacate the premises no later than 4.45pm. Dinner parties will be asked to vacate the premises no later than 1.00am. Our liquor licence permits us to serve alcohol up until 12 midnight.
Cancellation
In the event of a confirmed booking being cancelled , the following conditions apply: With more than 5 days’ notice the deposit will be refunded only if the room is resold. Cancellation within 5 working days before the event, or non-arrival of the party will result in a non-refund of deposit.
Deposits for confirmed bookings in November & December are non-refundable.
